Hand print bees

Junior Kindergarten summer camp project. The kids loved it. We created Circle stencils for the bees heads. The children traced the circles on yellow paper and cut them out. Then they worked on the face. We set up a paint station in the front of the room. Table by table the children were called to the paint station. The art teacher paints yellow and black stripes on the child's hand and creates a print on white paper. Doing it this way kept the kids busy the entire time and required very little clean up!
